Do I have to
pay for pictures on Picture Day?
Payment is required on the day of the photography. Your
coach or team mom will be passing out order forms 1-2
weeks prior to Picture Day. Simply complete this form
and bring it with your payment enclosed to place an
order. We accept checks, cash, all major credit/debit
cards and money orders.
Can I get
all of my children in the same photo?
Simply inform your cashier when turning in your order
form. Please note that if you also wish for your
children to be photographed individually you will need
to fill out a separate order form for each.
Can I pay
with 1 check for all my children?
Yes, we can take one payment for all your portraits;
simply inform the cashiers.
What methods
of payment do you accept?
Peachtree Imaging accepts the following: checks, cash,
all major credit-debit cards and money orders, we even
make change! No post dated checks will be accepted. All
credit card transactions will say: HS Photo Processing.
When will
the packages be delivered?
The packages will be delivered to the league
approximately 2 weeks after Picture Day. The league then
distributes them to the coach or team mom.
How will the
packages be distributed?
Once delivered, the league official, coach or team mom
will distribute the packages to each parent.
I did not
receive my order, what should I do?
Please use the Customer Service Form to contact our
team. Include your child’s name and league or school,
your name and the best telephone number to reach you. We
will return your call within the following business day.
Is there a
make up day?
We always schedule a make up day with league officials.
Typically this is 2-3 weeks after Picture Day. We work
closely with the league to set a date and time that
works for everyone. Check with the league officials for
the schedule.
What if I am
not happy with my pictures?
At Peachtree Imaging the customer is the focus of all we
do. You can have your pictures retaken on makeup day. If
you do not wish to have your picture remade or are not
completely satisfied we will issue you a 100% refund.

Us tab and we will take care of this for you.
How do we order more pictures?
All of the groups and individuals will be online at
www.peachtreeimaging.com in a secure gallery. In your
order you will receive a Customer Order Summary that
will have instructions to access the images and a
password.
When should I receive my online
order?
Typically orders ship within 10 business days depending
on the combination of products and if there are
specialty items.
What happens if I lose the event
password?
Simply contact our friendly customer service team with
the location, time and date.
How long will it take for the
pictures to be available online?
We make every effort to get the images uploaded as
quickly as possible. Typically these are available after
the packages have been delivered to the league. All
events are located in a secure gallery and will require
a password for access.
Can other people see my pictures?
Individuals who have participated in the program will
also have a password to access their child’s images.
Can I have my picture removed from
the web?
Yes, please call our customer service team at
678-990-7866 to Opt-Out for online viewing.
How long will the pictures be
available online?
We keep all events active and online for 1 year from the
event date. After that, contact us and we will be glad
to assist you in reordering.
How long do you keep the pictures?
We never discard any pictures. You can order online for
1 year after the pictures are taken. After that simply
call our customer service team and they will be happy to
assist you in reordering.
