Parent Checklist

It is very important that your child gets a good night’s rest. Some of the shoots are scheduled very early and your child will have a more beautiful smile if he/she is rested and have eaten a little something before the shoot.

1.)    Find out from team mom or coach who will be the coordinator for your team.

            The coordinator is the person with whom everyone will check in with when they arrive.

2.)    Your coordinator will let you know when to assemble for the group picture.

Remember that with our system, you do not have to wait for the whole team to have your individual pictures taken. Your shoot time indicates what time the team picture is scheduled. The individuals can be done anytime before or after the team picture.

If you have a game after the shoot, please arrive early enough so that your child does not feel rushed. 

3.)    When you are feeding your child, avoid giving them drinks or foods that will stain their face, teeth or clothing.

4.)    Bring wipes to the shoot to clean off crumbs and runny noses. A comb or brush is good to bring for a last minute touch-ups.

5.)    Most children arrive not fully clothed. Decide ahead of time if shirts will be tucked in. For individuals, it is a personal choice. For teams, it is up to the coach. Please have a representative to help your child. If a parent can not be there, ask the team parent to help with a final once over.

6.)    After completing your order form, proceed to the cashier for payment and to receive your child’s camera card.

7.)    If you are early, have the individual picture taken and wait with the coach or team parent until the rest of the team arrives.

8.)    If you are late, check in with the coach to see how long before the team pictures is taken. If it is the team’s scheduled time, proceed with your team and have the individual shot taken afterwards.
